Job DetailsJob Location: Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082The primary purpose of this position is to provide assigned residents with routine nursing care in accordance with established nursing care procedures, facility policies, and the standard scope of practice for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Care is provided under the direction of licensed nursing staff and supervisors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established standards of care, facility policies, and procedures. Participate in resident admission, transfer, and discharge processes as directed. Participate in the implementation of the resident’s plan of care. Maintain awareness of and adhere to each resident’s individualized plan of care. Perform dietary and food service functions for residents in accordance with policies and procedures. Perform all duties in a safe, sanitary, and infectioncontrol compliant manner. Demonstrate proper use, care, and handling of equipment and supplies.
