Job description

Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties) Own and manage all aspects of projects, schedules, budgets, profitability, procedures, etc. through comprehensive project completion working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams for sales, legal, engineering and production. Create a written workflow and manage project from RFQ through comprehensive completion and close out with document delivery to include submittal package of drawings, specifications, manuals, cut sheets and warranty. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to generate project efficiency and generate savings. Develop and refine relationships with customers, responsible for providing effective and continuous communication internally and externally regarding project status and reporting to ensure zero unplanned deviations. Sales Stage: Partners with Sales and Estimating to ensure visibility to project budget pre-contract (Pre-BOM). Owns operational translation of contract to internal systems.
