AV Technician - Venue Based

We are currently seeking an experienced AV Technician, to join our team based at a prestigious 5 star London venue. This is a varied role in you which will get involved with all areas of event delivery from client show rounds and the initial quote stage through to derig. The ideal candidate will have a flexible can-do attitude, strong technical ability, outstanding client facing skills and the share our passion for exceptional client service! Role and Responsibilities: - Working closely with the resident Technical Account Manager, you will deliver, install and de-rig AV equipment providing a superior quality audiovisual service that goes beyond client expectations. - You will support with the planning of jobs and client quotes, ensuring all administration is carried out in a timely fashion. - You will meet and greet clients on arrival to ensure they are happy with the equipment set up, providing instruction on how to operate the equipment and technical support where necessary. - In the absence of the Technical Account Manager you will attend sales, production and weekly operations meetings, in addition to conducting client show rounds. - You will also work closely with our warehous...
