About This Role: This position will be responsible for all driver training functions for the CDL training at Kendall. The Training Coordinator will have proven longevity in the field, excellent communication skills, possess demonstrated physical, intellectual, and leadership ability to perform duties over the road, maneuvering range, and in classroom instruction. Employment Type: - Full Time - 40-50 hours per week Responsibilities: Travel: Salary: $55,000-$57,000/year - Class A CDL license with no restrictions - 5 years verifiable experience as a CDL driver - Clean MVR report for the Last 7 years - Current and up to date medical card - Experience in driver training and instruction - An Understanding of the ELDT regulations - An understanding of the FMCSA CFR 49 Part 380 - Must be highly organized - Ability to work with a variety of learning styles and skill levels - Able...
