POSTING: OPEN TO THE PUBLIC: PAY RATE: $14.50: Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Saganing Finance Supervisor, greet casino guests and provide guests with prompt, professional, friendly and courteous service. Provide excellent guest service when making change, cashing in coin, paying out COTs jackpots, and processing check and credit card transactions. Serve as a source of information for guests regarding, promotions, restaurants, entertainment, and other facility amenities and services. Follow the tribal gaming ordinance, laws, gaming regulations, internal controls, Title 31 Currency Transaction reporting laws, gaming winnings and taxes withheld reporting laws, departmental and company policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain current knowledge of casino operations, promotions and events occurring throughout the facility and the appropriate team members to contact to provide accurate answers to any question. - Use sound judgment in dealing with guest complaints and contact management when encountering a guest dispute. - Perform cage/satellite window or vault duties as needed. - Maintain a bank to ensure a sufficient supply of currency a...
