Location: Frederickson, WA: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break) Compensation: $20.00 to $22.00/hour + $1.00/hour for Spanish-speaking candidates Requirements: - Manage Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze recycling data - Utilize WasteWorks to automate ticketing, billing, and reporting while managing waste transactions, customer data, and syncing information between the scale house and office. - Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks - Provide exceptional customer service to drivers during weigh-ins - Conduct scale house duties, ensuring accurate measurements and compliance with regulations - Minimum 1 year of administrative experience - Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor - Comfortable working in a dynamic environment typical of a recycling sorting center - Attention to detail for accurate data entry and measurements - Ability to multitask and handle high-volume traffic - Strong communic...
