Overview This position supports the business development and marketing efforts of assigned practice groups. The Marketing & Business Development Manager works closely with our Corporate Finance & Securities Practice Group Leaders (PGLs) and partners to advance group priorities, strengthen client engagement, and elevate the visibility of the practice. Responsibilities: Compensation: The anticipated base salary range offered for this role will be between $140,000 to $160,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base compensation range. Actual base compensation will be dependent upon several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, and location, as well as the needs of the firm. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned practice groups, providing support and guidance on business development and marketing needs. - Partner with PGLs and partners to plan and carry out business development and marketing initiatives for the group. - Identify prospective clients and new opportunities; support targeting efforts by tracking outreach, pursuits, and follow‑ups. - Work with partners a...
