About this position As an FP&A Manager , you will play a critical role in driving financial insight, performance visibility, and decision support across the business. This role partners closely with business leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, actionable forecasting, and data-driven recommendations that directly impact business outcomes and long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities: Providing technical and financial subject matter expertise to business leadership - Serve as the primary finance partner for Executive Leadership Teams, supporting approximately $115M of annual spend, providing end-to-end financial oversight, strategic analysis, and decision support. - Oversee financial management for the Monterrey Hub , encompassing $40M of gross expense across all corporate functions, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and alignment with enterprise objectives. - Lead and develop 1–3 direct reports in a global environment, providing clear direction, performance coaching, and growth opportunities while maintaining strong day-to-day execution. - Ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial close in line with published finance and accounting calendars, including...
