From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and even fresh coats of paint, Maintenance Managers are involved in every apartment, ensuring resident satisfaction. What you’ll do: Oversee the team of Maintenance Team Members Schedule and complete turns. Responsible for completing occupied apartment service requests in less than 3 hours. Manages the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the community’s marketing and leasing efforts and inspects ready apartments for move-in quality. Spearheading maintenance initiatives.
