Job DetailsJob Location: Posse National / New York - New York, NY 10005Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 Salary/yearThe primary responsibility of the Regional Vice President (RVP) is to oversee the programmatic operation of 5-6 Posse sites. RVPs manage the directors of assigned sites and work closely with Associate Vice Presidents and other members of the national team to maintain programmatic integrity and ensure success at the site level. RVPs will utilize their experience, expertise and data to support best practices for program and operational success. Specific attention will be paid to successful delivery of the Dynamic Assessment Process (DAP), Pre-Collegiate Training (PCT), the Campus program and Career + Alumni programming. RVPs will work closely with site Directors to maintain strong relationships with nominating institutions, college and university partners, career partners, and the Scholar and alumni community.
