As a Site Care Partner at ICON, you will foster relationships with clinical trial sites, enhance site support and collaboration, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. What You Will Do: You will contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff. - Providing support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct. - Identifying opportunities to improve site experience and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedba...
