Qualifications: Education/ Training: Degree from an accredited college or university's professional nursing program; must possess a current RN license in good standing for the applicable state. Experience: Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with 1 year of experience treating individuals with substance use, mental health, or other related disorders. Minimum 2 years' experience as a charge nurse or supervising health care worker(s). (May substitute BSN for 1 year of nursing experience and MSN for 2 years of nursing experience and 1 year of charge nurse or supervisory experience.
