POSITION SUMMARY: Natera is seeking a skilled, experienced and self-motivated Sr Engineering Manager to lead a software development team in a fast-growing biotech company. The team will be primarily responsible for architecting, implementing and supporting the genomics tertiary analysis software for all products across the Natera portfolio. This role includes building and leading a distributed engineering team, working close to project management and product managers, and professional communication responsibilities on high-impact, high-visibility products. The individual will also be expected to drive process improvements and represent Natera tertiary software in regulatory and client audits.
