Job DetailsJob Location: Dayton, OH 45431Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $21.00 - $21.00 HourlyMSD is looking for an HVAC Trainee to join our team! The HVAC Trainee learns the core skills necessary to become a fully qualified HVAC Technician and along the way provides supplementary support to other Technicians. The HVAC Trainee supports the total quality effort by identifying and responding to the needs of internal and external customers 100% of the time. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (preferred) Previous education, formal or informal, in HVAC or Plumbing or Sheet Metal (preferred) Previous experience with hand and/or power tools preferred Must be at least 18 years of age prior to starting work Unencumbered US Driver’s License required US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status required Key Job Duties: Complete on-the-job training requirements: Complete classroom training requirements Communicate with OJT leadership to ensure clear understanding of instructions and goals Coordinate required study time with program instructors to facilitate completion of required assignments Submit time/training cards to appropriate personnel Demonstrate capability to perfo...
