OVERVIEW: PURPOSE OF JOB: Provide Compliance Management oversight and Operations level back up support during times of scheduled and unschuduled PTO to assigned Clerance Center(s); ensure the regulatory and statutory compliance of the Company’s import clearances filed on behalf of our clients and as presented to US Customs and other Participating Government Agencies; ensure compliance with Company's Import & Brokerage Standard Operating Procedures; collaborate with sales and respond to direct client compliance and tariff related inquiries; prepare and submit post entry corrections on behalf of the Company and our clients; assist in identifying and providing training to staff and provide technical and regulatory assistance to members of the brokerage staff as provided below.
