A Day in the Life: As a Senior Product Manager on Hertz’s Day of Rent team, you will be responsible for building software products that enhance the customer experience by offering a streamlined, self-service rental journey that enable customers to select a car from their phone and go directly to their car upon arrival. Our vision is to build customer preference through differentiated, self-service digital experiences that remove friction from the rental experience. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on leadership in defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering seamless, customer-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to build scalable solutions and ship features in a complex environment. Your role will involve modernizing legacy applications, manage technical debt, and integrate various systems to enhance customer experience.
