This role includes managing a diverse team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and cultivating a supportive, client-centered environment. The Director acts as the fiscal steward of the site, overseeing budgets, contracts, and purchasing in collaboration with the finance department. They serve as the main liaison with external stakeholders including funders, government agencies, and law enforcement while ensuring all contractual obligations are met and reported accurately.
