General Summary: - The Technician delivers orders to nursing units, restocks automated dispensing cabinets, troubleshoots problems with automated dispensing cabinets, compounds non-sterile preparations via USP 795 requirements, compounds sterile products via aseptic technique according to USP 797 and 800 standards, and acts as a receptionist for the department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responds to hospital staff requests for medication or information.
