Position Overview: Oceans is looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to engage new potential clients, understand their immediate and long-term staffing needs, and facilitate successful partnerships leveraging Oceans’ global talent solutions. Utilizing consultative sales methodology, you will proactively guide startups, SMBs, and mid-market companies through our sales cycle.
