Job Description: Job Title Technology Operations Lead Corporate Title Vice President: Location New York, NY: Overview: As a Change Management leader on our eDiscovery Services team, you will strengthen the Bank’s eDiscovery operations by continuously improving workflows and updating procedures as business needs and applications evolve. You will promote long-term readiness by designing training, creating clear documentation, and delivering change communications that help stakeholders adopt new processes confidently. You will assist and provide guidance into the eDiscovery Disposal program and custodial legal hold process to ensure timely implementation, defensible execution, and cross-functional support for litigation, regulatory, and investigative requirements. As the primary contact for audits and regulatory inquiries, you will drive defensible closure of findings and reinforce operational excellence by maintaining and enhancing the internal controls program—evaluating effectiveness, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements.
