Job description

What will you do? Drive Discovery: Support the AI Lab Manager with stakeholder interviews, use case discovery, and the prioritization of ideas during the foundation phase. Experiment Creation: Assist in executing experiment sprints and developing prototypes to quickly validate AI concepts. Technology Monitoring: Actively track the latest developments in generative AI and foundational models, bringing fresh, creative ideas to the team. Collaborate and Learn: Work flexibly alongside the AI Lab Manager, Data & AI consultants, and creative technologists within an iterative, scrum-based workflow About you: Passion for AI: A deep, demonstrable interest in artificial intelligence and a love for hands-on experimentation with new tools. Creative Technologist Mindset: You possess a flexible approach to problem-solving, think creatively, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity in an experimental setup. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills necessary for participating in stakeholder interviews and translating business problems into technical experiments.
