Job Description Summary PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under general supervision measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials. Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes. Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures. Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers. Work in a lean team environment with the ability and willingness to support multiple disciplines and assist with other trade-related tasks as required. Participate in kaizen events, 5S efforts, and other lean activities as needed to support continuous improvement. Demonstrate a positive attitude, open-minded approach, and ability to work as part of a team.
