In-Market Facilities Team We are very excited at Quick Quack Car Wash to be expanding our In-Market Facilities Team! We are looking for great people to help us continue growing regionally by helping us stay up and running. You will be responsible for executing the safe installation of new equipment, managing maintenance and repair on equipment, machinery, and building, grounds and building systems to insure uninterrupted services and operations. Performs other related duties as required. Job Responsibilities: · Work closely with Facilities team to install all aspects of new equipment. · Creating a safe and positive working atmosphere · Well-rounded facilities maintenance background i.e., Painting, HVAC, mechanical troubleshooting, plumbing, lock repair, general building repairs · Assisting other departments with maintenance needs when approved by COE · General building maintenance and wash maintenance when no electrical needs are necessary · Adhering to safety and performance standards · Facilitates professional development by conducting on-the-job training and needs assessments.
