Senior Manager – Capital Structure

Job description

Reporting to the Head of Capital Structure, in this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing the company's financing strategy, working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to optimize the balance sheet and support the company's long-term strategic objectives. - Execute debt issuance transactions, including bonds, loans, and other financing instruments, managing the end-to-end process from structuring through to execution - Execution of corporate dividends and share buyback programs, ensuring alignment with capital allocation priorities and regulatory requirements - Support the development and implementation of the company's overall capital structure strategy, including leverage targets, maturity profiles, and funding mix - Maintain strong relationships with Nokia Core Bank Group, rating agencies, and other financial partners - Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to senior management, the Board, and external parties, clearly communicating complex financial analysis and strategic recommendations - Financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of various capital structure decisions - Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal, an...
