Job Description Main responsibilities of this position: Follow the processes to maintain data quality in key systems. Seek and gather accurate information to fully support customers. Key Areas of Responsibility: ● Follow the Core Model in place to maintain the quality of Customer and Europcar Network data in key systems ● Maintain an excellent level of data consistency and integrity in key systems ● Accountable for a correct analysis on the inputs provided by all Business teams ● Manage new customer set-ups and changes in support of business processes ● Accountability for managing the administration of all customer-related data ● Ensuring a correct technical action that fully meets the expectations ● Identifying and communicating gaps, queries, and errors ● Maintaining a high standard of customer service ● Supporting improvement programs ● Informing Team Lead of any issues or opportunities with existing activities ● Special data related projects as assigned by management External and Internal Partners: ● Europcar Franchisee Network ● RCM and Pricing Teams ● Sales & Commercial Teams ● Operational Teams Key Skills: ● High School Completed ● Strong computer skills including basic...
