Overview: As Operations Agent Road, you will coordinate and execute international road freight shipments end to end, ensuring customer requirements are met through accurate quotations, scheduling, documentation, tracking, and billing in line with SOPs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements. You will proactively manage shipment status and exceptions, collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams, and ensure full compliance with safety, security, and Dangerous Goods regulations while contributing to a safe work environment.
