Job description

Position Summary: Put your maintenance and repair skills to good use at Vallen as a Lead Service Technician focused on Life Safety Services in the Vallen Safety Services Group. In this position, you will install and/or inspect, test, and maintain (ITM) life safety systems and equipment for established customers on a scheduled basis. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide quality of service to our customers. Assist assigned HTS technicians with proper training in Vallen standard operating procedures. - Providing customer service in the area of installation and/or ITM of Life Safety Systems. Including, but not limited to: Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm and Detection Systems, Gas Detection Systems, Foam Systems, Dry Chemical Systems, Clean Agent Systems, Special Hazard Systems and Water Based Systems. - May also have job coordination responsibilities in the absence of a Technician Lead if assigned by the supervisor/manager for specific jobs or customers. - May lead other technicians within area of expertise. - May be responsible for interacting with the customers to coordinate job activities. - Responsible for ensuring all documentation associated with assigned tasks is...
