Shared Services: IS CareConnect Administration (Full-Time, Day Shift) - Job Summary: The IT Project Analyst is responsible for delivering service excellence utilizing people, processes and technology. Initiates, plans, execute, controls and closes ERP implementation program initiatives according to the established Project Management Methodology. Works with Program Director, Project Managers, Business Leads, Subject Matter Experts, and Business Stakeholders to help define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout it's' life cycle. Utilizes leadership skills, sound independent judgment and discretion to positively impact project teams and overall project success. Performs other duties as needed. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field required. Minimum eight years relevant experience accepted in lieu of Bachelor's degree. Minimum two years direct work experience in project management capacity, including all aspects of project delivery required. Minimum of one year of Healthcare experience preferred.
