Job description

Position Summary: Put your maintenance and repair skills to good use at Vallen as an Onsite Service Technician III focused on Life Safety Services in the Vallen Safety Services Group. In this position, you will install and/or inspect, test, and maintain (ITM) life safety systems and equipment for established customers on a scheduled basis. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide quality of service to our customers. Assist assigned HTS technicians with proper training in Vallen standard operating procedures. - Providing customer service in the area of installation and/or ITM of Life Safety Systems. Including, but not limited to: Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm and Detection Systems, Gas Detection Systems, Foam Systems, Dry Chemical Systems, Clean Agent Systems, Special Hazard Systems and Water Based Systems. - May also have job coordination responsibilities in the absence of a Technician Lead if assigned by the supervisor/manager for specific jobs or customers. - May lead other technicians within area of expertise. - May be responsible for interacting with the customers to coordinate job activities. - Responsible for ensuring all documentation associated with assigned ta...
