Job description

Develop and increases high-end player profitability by building strong professional relationships, actively acquiring new VIP business, encouraging club card utilization, and providing superior service and recognition. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: None: KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: - Responsible in attending to the gaming amenities of the top 1% of the casino’s data base. - Build strong relationships with their personal list of players that are specifically coded in the Executive Host’s name. - Responsible for year over year revenue growth for all their coded players. - Entrusted with the highest complimentary authority of all hosts. - Responsible for the development of high theoretical new members. - Assist with planning, coordination and execution of events, promotions and sales initiatives designed to attract and maintain high-end players. - Plan and attend on and off-site VIP events, administer the benefits of the reward program and provide personalized sales and service to VIP guests. - Maintain aggressive contact with assigned VIP guests via telemarketing, written correspondence, email and personal interaction. - Consistently deliver on all departmental and individual sales goals. - Serve as a...
