PHLEBOTOMIST Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Gaithersburg, MD. Work Schedule: Work Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays 12:00pm - 7:30pm, every other Friday 8:00am - 2:30pm; Every other Saturday 8:00am - 2:30pm Job Responsibilities: - Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups - Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. - Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner - Process billing information and collect payments when required - Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis - Maintain patient and specimen information logs - Provide superior customer service to all patients - Administrative and clerical duties as necessary - Other Duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: - Phlebotomy certification or 6 months' of phlebotomy experience Additional Job Standards: At Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
