Job Description: The Construction Accountant is responsible for all accounting activities related to residential and commercial renovation and development projects. This role includes construction loan requisitions, job costing, AIA billing, construction draw preparation and reconciliation, budget tracking, subcontractor payment processing, and preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports and work papers in accordance with GAAP and IFRS. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for ensuring all construction-related financial activity is accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported.
