Job description

Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Analyst to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirements elicitation via interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, and data analysis with stakeholders and SMEs. - Develop process maps, As‑Is/To‑Be workflows, use cases, user stories, business rules, functional specifications, and traceability matrices. - Perform impact/feasibility analyses, policy cross‑walks, and cost/benefit assessments to inform COAs and decision packages. - Coordinate with systems engineers, developers, integrators, trainers, and PMO to ensure requirements are implemented and validated. - Support requirements verification, acceptance criteria definition, test-case alignment, and user acceptance activities. - Maintain requirements repository and version control; manage change requests and requirements traceability throughout lifecycle. - Produce business cases, decision papers, executive briefs, and program-level reporting for leadership. - Mentor junior analysts and advise on best practices in requirements management and process engineering. #ENOCS Qualifications: Required Qu...
