Description Shamrock Roofing is an established roofing and construction company servicing the metro-Kansas City area since 1977. In the last few years, our business has exploded in the Midwest and now servicing areas in Arkansas, Des Moines, Lincoln, Omaha, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denver and St. Louis. We are now looking to fill a Controller position for our Accounting Department. This person will lead the accounting department as a whole, handling both the day to day accounting and financial planning/strategy of Shamrock Roofing and Construction. Start Date: ASAP: Job Duties May Include: - Maintaining accurate financial records. - Preparing financial statements and reports. - Overseeing financial reporting and compliance. - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. - Managing the financial close process. - Supervising accounting staff. - Developing and implementing accounting/financial policies and procedures. - Managing cash flow, investments, and capital expenditures. - Advising the CEO and Senior Management on financial matters. - Managing relationships with investors and other stakeholders - All other duties assigned by the CEO and Senior Management Compensa...
