Location: Ball Memorial: Requirements: - Requires a Doctoral Degree from an accredited academic program in physical therapy or a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in physical therapy prior to 2016. If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA. - Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana. - Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. - Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Roles and Responsibilities: IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is a 300 bed, Level 3 Trauma Care Hospital.
