Position Summary Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner Engagement Expectations: We believe that team member engagement is the basis for a great culture and superior guest service. During every interaction, we display three behaviors: - Smile, display energy and open body language - Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service - Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Assists in setting up mis-en-place. - Helps the server to organize all necessary equipment (wine buckets, flatware, and condiments). - Ensures that tables are properly maintained at all times. - Is consistently aware of progress of tables in dining room. - Responsible for assisting in the delivering of food and beverage to correct tables at correct time in the correct manner, using seat position numbers. - Serves water, beverages refills as needed or directed. - Is knowledgeable and able to respond to all guest inquiries in an accurate and professional manner, as well as being able to communicate efficien...
