Responsibilities include maintaining the RCM rules library and training materials, monitoring regulatory developments, and producing compliance risk reporting to inform leadership decisions. The role requires frequent interaction with senior management and collaboration with business leaders, compliance partners, and second line of defense groups to drive effective oversight and reduce regulatory compliance risk.
