LOCATION: Physical office within PA CareerLink® Lackawanna County, 135 Franklin Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503 Hours: 8:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.; Monday through Friday Job Description: Assist in the intake services for the Center May be assigned other tasks and duties reasonably related to their job responsibilities - Conducts searches for suitable job openings for clients, comparing client qualifications with employer's requirements - Establishes and maintains active and frequent contact with local employers - Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of the local labor market - Establishes rapport with area businesses; maintains on-going relationships with businesses - Assists employers in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified applicants - Maintains a current listing of local job opportunities - Keeps project staff apprised of local business...
