Job Summary: Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution business in (Kapolei, HI). We offer competitive pay and benefits! Will make an impact in the following ways: - Assist customers, technicians, and internal teams in identifying and securing parts and supplies - Support parts counter operations including walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and order processing - Handle transactions including cash, check, and credit card payments - Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing needs in a timely and professional manner - Utilize systems, catalogs, and resources to source parts efficiently - Support inventory management including stocking, shipping/receiving, and warehouse organization - Collaborate with service and sales teams to support repair quotes and parts availability - Identify opportunities to upsell additional parts and services - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts and warehouse environment - Follow Health, Safety & Environmental policies and pro...
