Benefits Effective Day 1!: Position Summary: This position will operate the machinery, form and pack cases, stack cases, and hand peel/rack off product when necessary. Responsibilities: Setup, tear down and proper operation of all the equipment in the department. Pack and weight all products accurately. Perform necessary weight and process checks. Remove inedible and/or rework from the clean room vestibule and transport it to the inedible tank and dump it. Empty film canisters. Maintain the line performance boards. Collect and process production samples and rework. Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed Perform general housekeeping duties in the department. Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions. Maintain general manufacturing practices. Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
