HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: - Deal with high-volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful. - Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back. - Provide superior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. - Assist in transporting money and chips. - Control access to restricted areas. - Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and team member incidents and accidents.
