Now Hiring – Hotel Banquet Staff We are looking for an energetic and dedicated banquet staff to join our team. In this role you will work alongside other team members and the Event Manager to help set up, execute, and breakdown events. While we primarily host weddings we also have several corporate and social events throughout the season. Candidates should possess an efficient work ethic, a friendly and professional demeanor, and be comfortable being on their feet for several hours at a time. Banquet Staff Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist with event set up by moving and placing tables and chairs - Assist with caterer with buffet preparation before and during the event - Place linens, napkins, plates and cutlery on tables before event - Assist caterer with cookie table and replenish throughout the event - Serve as bar back during event and help restock bar - Set up and refill water glasses during the event - Be willing to step in and bartend if needed - Polish plates and silverware before event - During event help bus and clear tables as needed - Ability to work quickly and as a team in a fast paced environment - Take guests questions and/or requests, assist in a timely and sat...
