Reception & Security Officer

We’re looking for a Reception & Security Officer who will play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety, security, and professional image of our company. Based full-time in our Zurich office, this position operates on a two-shift rotation, Monday to Friday: Shift 1 (07:00–13:30) and Shift 2 (13:30–20:00), with an overlap from 13:00–14:00 to ensure seamless handover and peak-hour coverage. In this role, you will be responsible for managing physical access control, visitor management, parcel and delivery intake, and front-of-house security. You’ll work closely with the Head of Security and the broader Security Team, serving as the first line of defense for our facilities and the people within them. Responsibilities and Duties: - Ambiguity: Day-to-day procedures are clearly defined. You apply sound judgment when situations fall outside standard protocols and escalate appropriately.
