Job Description The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) support youth and community services through contracts with community-based organizations throughout New York City. DYCD Youth Services, encompassing programs such as BEACON, COMPASS , CORNERSTONE, RHY, SNL, and CACFP programming, seeks to support community-based organizations high quality after school services through funding, monitoring, coaching, capacity, evaluation and advocacy. DYCD Youth Services is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Youth Services Operations Team. The Youth Services Operations Team offers specialized support and guidance to the entire Youth Services initiative with facility set-up and licensing, policy development, contract compliance and performance, data analysis and interpretation, unit operations and efficiencies, system overview and enhancements and communication to contracted providers. The Operations Analyst will focus on developing data-driven operational tools, processes, and workflows to support both internal and external partners in strengthening Youth Services programming, reporting, and analytics.
