ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintains all common areas of the center, including the guests’ restrooms and parking lots, to the standards set by the company for cleanliness and appearance. - Supports the maintenance staff as directed by the General Manager. - Performs all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards. - Assists customers as appropriate, always maintaining a positive friendly and helpful attitude. - Maintains working knowledge and familiarity of all safety and emergency procedures established for the Restaurant. - Maintains a safe and clean work area in all custodial storage areas. - Performs special projects or other duties as assigned. - Sanitizes all tables and chairs and maintains the proper placement of all tables and chairs. - Collects dirty food trays a...
