Catholic Social Services is currently seeking a contract full-time, Workforce Development Specialist in EDMONTON to join our Community Outreach & Disability Service. We are looking for staff who are client-centered, trauma-informed, patient, engaging, confident, thoughtful, and motivated to achieve success when supporting others in the community. The contract will end on March 17, 2029. Program Overview: The Workforce Development Specialist is primarily responsible for marketing and promoting the Workforce Capacity Development Pilot, creating public awareness, and serving as the main point of contact for project promotion. A key focus of the position is developing and maintaining strong relationships with external organizations to ensure mothers have timely access to services beyond the scope of the project. The Workforce Development Specialist also builds and sustains partnerships with employers to support the provision of training opportunities and work based learning placements for mothers participating in the Pilot.
