Overview Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst to join our team supporting our MITSM customer in Stafford, VA. Responsibilities: - Support acquisition teams in preparing, reviewing, updating, maintaining, routing, and approving acquisition documentation • Assist with market research by identifying vendor sources and drafting market research reports • Track and manage action items using Government tools, monitor due dates, and ensure timely completion • Schedule and reserve conference rooms in accordance with local procedures • Coordinate meetings, including notifications, agendas, logistics, and follow-ups • Gather inputs for data calls, draft responses, and support Government leadership reviews • Collect, organize, file, and retrieve records such as reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and memos • Document and analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into process maps and technical requirements • Provide recommendations to improve products, services, and processes • Develop briefings and communication materials for customers, management, and executive stakeholders • Gather information from subject matter experts to create procedure manuals, technical specific...
