About the Role: As the Capacity and Performance Management Lead , you will play a pivotal role with the Operational Excellence team in Financial Crime Threat Management (FCTM), driving efficiency and performance across large operational teams. You will be required to analyse data to identify trends, assess performance, providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency. Responsible for capacity planning and workforce optimisation across large operational teams, you will monitor for emerging risks ensuring the team is prepared and equipped to meet business objectives while maintaining high standards of performance.
