General Manager Iberica

Job description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Iberica Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the sales plan for several business lines (spare parts in the industrial, agricultural and construction sector), while playing a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy, driving sales performance, and developing organizational capabilities within a global business framework. You will also have to manage the annual financial objective of TVH in Spain and Portugal. Your responsibilities: Develop and implement a long-term commercial focus on external partnerships, responsibilities: strategic investments, and innovation (3+ years ahead). Translate the regional strategy, as defined by the Regional VP, into concrete operational plans for your market or segment, and ensure their effective execution. Take full ownership of the P&L performance within your region and provide clear direction to your team to achieve strategic objectives.
