As a Senior Business Sales Advisor , you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service for all products and promotions offered to our small business customers. You will be a key contributor in TDS’s overall strategy to grow, delight, and retain our small business customers. You will be responsible for generating sales, growing TDS revenue, and increasing product penetration. You will manage moves, adds, changes and deletions to existing small business accounts and proactively reach out to up-sell and cross sell our existing small business customer accounts. The hours for this role will be Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST / 9am-6pm EST / 6am-3pm PST.
